He started in the product and services advertising market but he later decided to venture into the political, governmental and institutional market.
After working for Latam from Buenos Aires, Carlos Souto moves his agency to Miami and Mexico in 2012, and to Madrid and Qatar in 2014. It is in this way that the brand evolves from La S Latam (2010) to La S Worldwide(2012)
and to its actual global brand Souto Communications (Miami, 2015). A great team with a solid background integrates each working area of Souto Communications, always devoted to high quality results in very demanding projects.

In 1996, Carlos Souto was summoned to design an election campaign. His career as a political publicist soared on winning that electoral race, the first open election for Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires in the metropolis history.


Carlos Souto prestige in political marketing grew rapidly, winning the most important elections that took place in Argentina, be it for deputies, majors, governors and even presidents.


Over this foundation he builds the international chapter of his career which conducts him to work from Argentina to Mexico and from Miami to the Middles East.

Álvaro Azofeifa

To know Alvaro Azofeifa it will be necessary to bear in mind that he is a Strategic Consultant dedicated to the political area with an extensive prospective experience.

Born in Costa Rica, he is a Deputy Chief Executive of Souto Communications and his work is carried out between The USA, Argentina, Mexico, Spain and Qatar.

He is a certified lawyer and he can develop political consulting by instinct. He has created a particular way of reaching the established goals, with passion and determination. Owner of a political – strategic peculiar point of view, he has created campaigns, projects, designs and offered solutions to different type of crisis, to structure communications of specific facts; essential bases for the success of political personalities in exercise, candidates, institutions, among others.


Teresa León

Teresa has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration awarded by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with a specialization in International Affairs. She has an extensive training in Political Communication and experience in countries such as Spain, Costa Rica, Argentina and Mexico.

Throughout her career, she has had different jobs related to public agenda, communication and political strategy. As a result of her career and hard work, Teresa has become an specialist in the field of Political consultancy.

Since 2012, she has been part of Souto Communications, where she devotes all her expertise in conducting, along with the team, several electoral campaigns and government communications.


Jorge González

He is an experienced Creative Director with a reliable career in marketing and the advertising industry. Each project undertaken shows his senior status and his passion for his job.

Jorge worked for some of the most important internationals agencies such as Young&Rubicam, FCB, BBDO, which established him as one of the leaders of the creative revolution in advertising in Argentina during the ‘90s. Multi-awarded in the main national and international festivals, including CLIO, LONDON FESTIVAL, CANNES, NY FESTIVALS, FIAP, among others.

Since 2007 he contributes with his vast experience in different projects and political in campaigns in Souto Communications.


Camila Naveira

Camila Naviera has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science awarded by Universidad de Buenos Aires and, thanks to her diverse and early experience as a professional, she offers a complex perspective of analysis, which has been enriched by the multidisciplinary course that she has taken along with her studies. Among them, she has been able to manage different topics such as politics, communication, public managment, sociology, neurosciences, advertising and strategy.

As a result, she has become a versatile professional but, above all, focused on observation and deep understanding of the social and political issues.

Since 2009, she has contributed in Souto Communications, conducting countless electoral campaigns and government communication projects forward along with the rest of the team.

Today his long and extraordinary career has lead Carlos Souto to the pinnacle of communications consulting, not only regionally but also globally. This moment of maximum reach is backed by numerous electoral successes as well as by recent professional awards. By the end of 2012 he was five times finalist in various categories of the prestigious Victory Awards 2012 in New York City. The following year his spot "Messenger" is chosen as the best Governmental Communication piece at the famous Latino 2013 Reed awards in Miami, Florida, USA.


In early 2014 Carlos Souto receives
a major award in Washington DC for best "Political Campaign of the Year" at the 2014 Victory Awards.


In November 2014, in Cancun, Mexico, Carlos Souto was set apart with another prize, this time acknowledging his recent achievements, being chosen "Consultant of the Year" by a jury of media specialists at the Latino Reed awards in 2014. This category prizes "talent, strategy, innovation, leadership qualities and the results with which he has managed an election or a government". "Catalejos" (Spyglass) designed for Mexico, receives the "Best Governmental Television Spot prize" at the Reed Latino awards in 2014, Cancún, Mexico.


During the course of 2014 his campaign "Values" is selected in Doha as the official campaign for the Qatar National Day celebration.


In January 2015 the prestigious Campaigns & Elections magazine once again publishes an interview with Carlos Souto, this time on his being chosen "Consultant of the Year" and on account of his international expansion.

In July 2015 he was invited to speak at a conference in Washigton DC and he was also chosen to give the Honorary Victory Awards to whom he was partner with in several campaigns, the legendary Dick Morris.

And in 2017 he was acknowledged by the prestigious Washington Compol magazine as one of the 100 most influential political professionals in the world.

He is often convened to participate as a speaker at global summits, international seminars, and to deliver lectures at universities. His master talks in halls packed with professionals, academics and students are highly regarded by the public in general, and by specialists in the multidisciplinary field of political communication in particular.
